Cost increased by over $400.00 by the time a carrier was found. Also, destination had to be adjusted from the original quote as the carrier would not deliver to the original destination. The driver did not contact prior to arrival for pick up, it as through sheer luck that someone happened to be available for pick-up.

Richard, I am sorry that your original quote was not accurate. For some reason, this route just seemed very difficult. I am glad that you stuck with me ad communicated with me each time I had a question. I am just glad I was able to find a truck to go to Reno. I am also sorry the carrier did not call prior to pick up, they are suppose to. I know this was a rough move, you had fraud going on and just moving in general. So thank you for sticking with it through the stress. If you need anything else please let me know.
