Stephanie and I had spoken in March, and the whole move turned into an emergency on the 4th of July. She not only was on vacation, but out of town enjoying the holiday. I had my sons car dropped at her office, she picked up the hidden key at 1:30 in the morning, and continued followup until its arrival today.
