I had to cancel my service just before the car was to be picked up but I am writing because I was so pleased from beginning to end with the staff, in this case, Kimberly Freiley, who was a 5 star contact in her own right. I had read reviews on many different sites before ever contacting The ASG Auto Shipping Group and had seen some very complimentary statements about ASG and in particular working with Kimberly. I contacted several companies but in the end decided to go with ASG because of the standing with BBB and after talking with Kimberly. When I had to cancel, Kimberly was as helpful and gracious at canceling my reservation as she was making it. In the future when my situation changes, I will definitely return to this company and Kimberly to move my vehicle.
