Cory, Let me first say that I am so sorry that you had an issue with this carrier. I hope that the insurance contact information I gave you was helpful. I also followed up by submitting this issue to the carrier's dispatch company. We never want our customers to be dissatisfied with our carriers and that is why we vet all of our carriers thoroughly for proper levels of insurance and customer service.
