Lance Staab was wonderful, always pleasant, easy to reach, and very helpful. We had to change our pick-up date by a day, and Lance immediately made the change and even sent me a confirmation email. Lance also worked with the transport company to make sure our car was picked up on time the morning of our cross-country move. The transport driver did not contact us as promised upon delivery, so Lance made sure to get in touch with him and get us the information we needed. He also called a couple days after the delivery to make sure everything went well. I would definitely use Lance Staab of Auto Shipping Group again.
