Thank you for the review. I apologize for the inconvenience you endured at the pick up. Sometimes It is very difficult for the Drivers to pick up at the requested times. They have 8 to 10 other drop offs and pick ups besides yours. So if they finish early the can call and see if they can request early pick up. The first carrier could accommodate your schedule.So I schedule another carrier with in just a few hours of the cancellation of the first one. As I stated before you placed your order that different carriers charge different rates,you paid an extra $35 to have it picked up in your time frame and delivered promptly within Two days. I do apologize for any trouble this may have caused you.
