Being that this was my first time shipping my car cross country the whole process was new to me. As soon as I reached out to inquire about the process I was flooded with emails and calls from different brokers and carriers. I went with Auto Shipping Group because their information was the easiest to understand and clearly spelled out the whole shipping process. They were not overbearing either. Felicia was my contact person throughout the whole process and she was a life line honestly. She was patient with my questions and concerns and explained everything to me. My car was picked up once I put my order in and shipped across country. Felicia stayed in contact with me giving my updates the whole time through text messages and/or calls and letting me know when my car would arrive. The driver picked my car up at my house and dropped it off in the new state at my new house (basically door to door service). I would recommend this company and especially Felicia to anybody shipping their car either long distance or short. I felt extremely comfortable with this company.
