Greg Bailey was a pleasure to work with from his prompt initial contact to the finalization and checking to make sure the process was smooth. Greg helped work with the repair shop about pick up time and insurance company to verify the quote. This outstanding employee made the entire experience easy. The car arrived a little dirty from the road, but that was expected. Overall, I was very pleased with the transport.
