The car was picked up and arrived on-time and honestly was quick even. The car was very dirty on arrival, the driver said they had gone through some weather on the way here. I also did have an issue with my right rear passenger window falling down that must have happened on a bump. Window regulator damaged. Easy fix, just unfortunate that it happened on the trip here.

The representative for the shipping company was very helpful during all parts of the shipment and was quick to reply to all my questions. If I were to ship a car again I would contact her again.

While the window regulator is not a covered item during shipment as i am told, I wish they car did arrive cleaner.

Sorry to hear about the window. I did send you all the information you would need to start a claim if its honored, but since the window isn't inspected at pick up, it most likely wasn't going to be covered. As for it being dirty.. Part of going open carrier means the vehicle is going to be exposed to open air and any weather. If you wanted it to arrive cleaner, you could have chosen the enclosed option. But again thank you for choosing Auto Shipping Group.
