To be honest, Lance has seemed more invested in making sure I do this review than he did in answering questions during my order. It seemed like he just wanted to get the order done as soon as possible. He was nice enough, but I always felt like I was asking stupid questions or wasting his time. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the pick up and delivery of my car.
