Tom was very prompt but did nail down the pickup day twice when I kept telling him I didn't know yet. Then he gave me a hard time via text for not giving the overall process 5 stars. The driver picked it up on a Friday but said he couldn't deliver it until Monday. He thought he might get here around Noon, but because of traffic and delays at other stops, didn't arrive until 5:30. His communication could have been better we he first realized he was going to be late. I expected to take half the day off but ended up waiting all day. But he was a very nice guy.

Thomas Elliott tom@autoshippinggroup.com for a hassle free quote or a no nonsense reservation call/text m(360) 284 -7185 just want to say thank you and do appreciate this review sorry for delay made by carrier because of traffic we did have some issues along the way we had set up multiple carriers for you in belief your car was ready as per your requested ready date it was not so we set up a 2nd carrier and you again were not ready this was the third attempt and am glad it all worked out
