This was my first experience using a transport company. I had done some upfront homework but still was a little nervous. Upon speaking to Stephanie she put me at ease about all my concerns and I agree to use your company even thou the price was higher then others had quoted. I had given plenty of upfront notice to pick up the vehicle and also to deliver the vehicle. Stephanie did supply me with the trucker name, phone number and insurance. As the time got closer this first trucker backed out and this once again made me nervous. I called Stephanie and she put me at ease again stating she would find out why this trucker could not make it and if not she would get me another trucker. I did mention the deliver date and she assured me that it would happen. I left it in her hands and she was able to get me another trucker with his name, phone, and insurance and he did come on the date requested and delivered on the date requested. Job well done. I would recommend Auto shipping and Stephanie in the future.
