Kim was very knowledgeable and friendly.It took about 5-6 days to find me a transport which was fine since it was a few days before.When the transport arrived the guy said he couldn't transport my car as i waited more than 30 minutes for him to tell and he was on the phone with someone else the same time he was talking to me.All he told me was it was "too low" for him and he took off quickly after that.I called Kim Back at ASG and she was able to find me another transport 4 Hrs later that day which was quick.Only regret was was paying as much as i did,it went from the original quote of mid $700 to the final quote being raised to $1200 for it having to go on an enclosed carrier for a 12 hr drive.Apart from that the customer service was great and the guys from the transport company that was dispatched who picked up my car last were awesome and super friendly and arrived much earlier than expected with Zero damage to the car.I would definitely use those guys again.

Kimberly@Autoshippinggroup.com 360-200-6854 CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL ME FOR A FREE QUOTE. I HAVE BEEN WITH OUR COMPANY GOING ON 10 YEARS NOW! A+ ACCREDITED! Cesar, I remember asking if the vehicle was modified or lowered and you said no. So when the first carrier showed up and told me differently I was a little surprised. But I am so glad that we were able to find another carrier so quickly. Yeah the price between open and enclosed is quite different but worth it to avoid any potential damage because the car was so low. Thanks for the positive review.
