First of all, you promised you'd leave a review when I shipped your vehicle to Hawaii for you with no issues. You didn't hold up to your promise. Second, I totally spaced that you were in Hawaii so yes I apologize for the texts so early. If you would have responded to even one of the emails I sent saying that you didn't want to leave the review, I would have stopped asking for one. It is our job to ask every customer for a review. The only reason you're giving me a negative review is because I asked you a few times. It shows nothing about my customer service or what actually happened during your transport.You placed your order on the 7th of September for a drop date in Seattle at the port of Sept 15th sail. The vehicle arrived in Hawaii and was available to you the 27th. There were no issues, no damage. You could reach me by phone email or text at any time, but you have put none of that into the review. You didn't arrive in Hawaii until the end of September so by the time you could pick up the vehicle you had a day or 2 of storage which I warned you about. Sorry to say but this was a flawless transport, especially since the vehicle arrived before you did. I am glad your vehicle was delivered with no issues.
