I wish I had contacted her and her company first. There are a lot of aggressive LYING tools out there who will say anything to gain your trust and then exploit it. Malia told me about how the business really operates in this industry which better enabled me to manage my and my daughter's expectation on getting her car. And even when I gave Malia a 2 day window and deadline before I committed to just driving the car down myself, she followed through. She was also upfront about how OK is a black out state for delivery.
