The car was picked up within a reasonable amount of time and was delivered within a reasonable amount of time, of the most part they did a good job. Samantha was nicer on the phone than all of the other brokers that I spoke too. In reality all of these companies are middle men and have no control of the shipping, but Samantha was very nice.
