I came upon Auto Shipping Group after reading many horrifying reviews on other companies. Brenda was honest and straightforward from the get go. She told me exactly what to expect. I had many questions for her and she patiently answered all of them without getting impatient or upset. I even gave her a hard time about details of deposit and money owed on the docusign contract and she still worked through it with me. Her communication was good. She called me after my car was dropped off to follow up and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All in all, a good experience. I recommend this company and Brenda. Thank you!
