Our experience with transporting this vehicle was nearly non eventful. It was picked up on time and delivered right on time. We were given a call the night before delivery and an hour before the transport truck arrived in front of our home. Kimberly was great to work with- very knowledgeable and professional in all our conversations, on the phone as well as in texts. Our only small complaint about the transport itself was that the driver had to jumpstart the vehicle, but did not let us know that. We know that our vehicle started up perfectly when they loaded it on their truck- we had left it at our automotive service location. We believe the key was left on and the battery drained on the trip down here. We understand how that could have happened- it just would have been nice to know the battery was virtually dead before the transport truck drove away. Other than that problem, all went perfectly and we will use them again if needed.
