Felicia was very helpful with the whole process. I have never shipped my car before so the whole thing was a little scary and new to me, specially since my car was going to the complete opposite side of the US. However, Felicia was able to answer all of my questions before I even decided to commit to sending my car. She also made sure to keep me informed during the transportation process which was so nice since it made me feel like someone was looking out for my property. Extremely helpful, easy to reach for any questions. If I needed this service again I would probably reach out to her once again.
