Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was our first time shipping a vehicle and Julie was able to answer all our questions and concerns. The cost was a lot less than other companies I ran across. The original date of the pickup was changed due to a issue the driver had but I was kept informed and all parties kept me up to date with what was going on.
