Good service from Felicia, but issue with second who delivered car to Florida.

He was suppose to arrive early one day and ended up arriving very late the next day. The driver who delivered the car to Florida barely spoke English. My sister was receiving the car and he claimed he couldn't go to the address. I know this was false because I've had my car picked up on a very large trailer there before. As a result, my sister had to walk about a mile to get to the car instead of it being "door to door" service. Once she go there, he hadn't even started to get it off the trailer so she had to wait even longer.

Had no problems with the driver who picked up the car.
