Overall great experience with a couple items to note:

1. Was told that the pick-up window was a three-day window, but conformed a specific date. Pick-up came a day earlier than that.
2. Driver that initially attempted to deliver spoke very poor English to the point where I could not understand him.
3. Car was stored at a "terminal" location that ended up being a derelict gas station. Car was dirty and the employee that pulled the car out got oil on the seat and floorboards.

Other than that it was a smooth move.
