The customer service from Greg Bailey was excellent. Explained everything clearly and gave a timeline of what to expect. The car carrier came a few hours late but not the fault of Auto Shipping Group. They did come and pick it up and the driver apologized for being delayed. Vehicle did get delivered to the port on the date as promised. I would definitely use Auto Shipping Group again if the need arises.
