My rating of this company is really based on the exceptional customer service given by my agent Felicia Williams. not only did she find me the most competitive rates, but took the time to answe all of my questions thoroughly and explain things about transportation companies that I was not before aware of. She really made the experience less stressful for me and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process along the way, with convenient follow ups and reminders. A+ rating on customer service.
