I spoke to Chell Hart about shipping my car and she would always call me back if I couldn't get a hold of her right away. She would even call me to give me updates every couple days to let me know if we found a driver to pick up my vehicle. She was very tentative to what I needed. She is very personable and a great person to talk to. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately at the last minute I decided to drive my car across country instead of shipping my car. If I do need my car shipped in the future I will be calling Chell to take care of it for me. She is awesome!!! I highly recommend her!!!!

I wish we had been able to find a carrier fo the amount that other brokerage had quoted you ...but,as we learned by trying, y the carriers are the ones who set the rates. I was tickled to hear you had landed at your new location and that you finally got your household shipper to respond to your phone calls! What a crazy relocation!
