Eva did a great job explaining how the transport business works and she was friendly and very honest. The driver however, wanted cash at delivery because he needed to buy fuel. The contract was clear that cash, cashier's check, or money order were acceptable. A money order was purchased before delivery but later converted to cash at the driver's request causing another trip to the bank.
