I'd never shipped a vehicle before, and Malia and Stephanie were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. Even though there's a lot of natural uncertainty in the business of vehicle shipment, I felt confident that they were handling it all effectively so my family and I could handle the rest of a crazy cross-country move.
