Chell provided excellent customer service and did an excellent job informing me of the process and what to expect. Once I received my car, the shipper had damaged it, but was understanding and non contentious. Chell explained what information I needed to obtain and I was able to resolve my claim with the shipper directly within a few weeks. Though the damage caused the experience to be less than ideal, I feel Chell did her job well, and clearly her company works with high integrity shippers.
