Some issues

The customer service I recieved was very good. I have no issues with that, but the ultimate service provided by the carrier left much to be desired.

Several of us in the military were moving from Washington to Alabama. We each used a different company to find transport for our vehicles. I had better contact with the broker, but in the end when all was said and done, my vehicle was the only one that was late on delivery (by about 5 days), was the only one damaged (a large scratch down the roof I didn't catch immediately, it was loaded on the top and it looks like a tree branch scraped it somewhere along the way) and I ended up paying about 20% more than two friends who had their vehicles shipped from the same location to the same destination ( learned after the fact).

Lance was very responsive to my inquiries; he answered messages after hours or any time there was an issue. I have no issues with his services. Had the delivery gone better, maybe the better customer service would have been worth the price.
