I'd like to start saying that I am sorry you do not feel my customer service was 5 stars. I was in communication through the entire transport, even after hours at my home through text because I have that ability through my cell for the office. So I am unclear how you feel I was not in communication.
As for the carrier:
The carrier was a little delayed yes but that is why they give us estimated dates for pick up and delivery. You did not have an expedited order for a HAD TO BE picked up by a specific time. Your total transport from pick up to delivery was 24 hours. The carrier knew how to drive a stick, it is up to the customer if they take the initiative to drive it on to the carrier. We would NEVER suggest that the customer drives it on to the carrier.
We cannot provide a refund because the vehicle was transported, undamaged in 24 hours. There was nothing done wrong. I did express to you that you were welcome to ask the carrier for a discount, but he had already told me no since he transported the vehicle. Again I am sorry that you do not feel that the service was 5 star, I am unsure what else I could have done to help.
