As a Military family we depend on reviews being fair and accurate, and god knows we have had our share of problems with less than repeatable companies. My wife and I have shipped a total of 7 vehicles over the past 15 years with varying results, some good, some bad, and some very bad. I always thought that all shipping companies were the same, once they have your car on the truck they stop taking your calls. Yes everything is spelled out for you in the fine print, but who honestly reads every paragragh of the 10 page spread sheet explaining the little details(not me). Although Ive shipped numerus automobiles I still find my self a little frustrated once the process starts. Here are the simple facts about "Auto Shipping Group". I started my journey with a very pleasant Dispatcher named Felicia (who I highly recommend). Felicia gather the important info about my car and explained the process in detail. The funny thing is I called her back 5 different times before I committed, and she was just as patient with me the 5th time(lol). Once my car was scheduled for pick up she called me with notices every few days just to let me know that she was still working to connect me with the right driver. Seven days after my commitment Felicia called to confirm a pick up date for me. Once I agreed she explained that she would not take any money until the car was on the truck. The driver delivered my car 12 days later as promised, although I could have picked it up 4 days earlier from their terminal. My car was delivered door to door w/o a scratch on it, this was the BEST experience I have had with a shipping company. Felecia was available to answer my questions via email,text, and even took my phone calls(really). If you are expecting to save a few $100 by shipping with a low bidder, take caution(been there). "Auto Shipping Group" is a 5 star company with fair prices. Feel free to contact with questions.
