Lance was very knowledgeable and courteous during business transaction, however he was unavailable on the actual delivery day. There were several discrepancies regarding payment procedure and the actual final payment cost which turned out to be $100 more than what was initially negotiated due to miscommunication between the delivery driver, autoshipping group and myself.

All in all, I was satisfied with the service and will probably use them again in the future if the need arises, but I would make sure to finalize all the details upfront in writing.

Each customer I speak to I do my best to communicate and let them know the ins and outs of transporting a vehicle. I am sorry I did not fully do that with you. Thanks again for the input
