My interaction with Auto Shipping Group and Greg Bailey in particular were excellent. Greg was quick to respond and very helpful. The company they contracted with (Lamb Auto Transport) was not great. The driver showed up over a day late and refused to contact me, despite being instructed to by Greg. Additionally, the driver was extremely difficult to understand (not exactly his fault), had extremely poor hygiene (my car smelled after he drove it), and when it came to vehicle delivery he showed up a day early and only gave me "20 minutes" of notification (he said he was 20 minutes away, but didn't show up for over an hour.) The one nice thing that the Lamb Auto Transport driver did was offer to follow me in my car while I was in my rental car so that I didn't have to walk back to pick up the rental car or my car. Overall, this was not a good experience, but I put most of that on Lamb Auto Transport, not ASG. I would hope that they do not contract with Lamb again.
