It was my first time shipping my car across country from AZ to NY and I was a little bit nervous but whenI initially talked with Felicia on the phone she made sure she explained all the terms I didn't fully understand and was not rushing me or impatient with me which I really appreciated. it was also very easy to keep in contact with her and she always got back to me immediately via email or phone text or call which was very well appreciated also. She was always polite, friendly and willing to help me. I am so glad I got to work with Felicia! Thank you for making this experience better!
