I originally was working with another carrier but had to fix an issue with the vehicle before it could be shipped. Gina continued to check-in with me on a regular basis while the vehicle was being repaired BUT the original carrier faded out of the picture. Gina's gentle persistence paid off for both of us. She had a carrier ready @ a good rate. The carrier was friendly, had a clean up scale vehicle, handled our vehicle gently and was a day early. Highly commend Gina and ASG
