Felicia took over my request and she was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She explained me all the different steps and she gave me daily updates about the shipping status both by phone and emails. When my new car was ready for pick up at the car dealership in Washington state, she was able to have a truck pick it up right the next day and the delivery was on time 6 days later in Mississippi. My choice for Auto Shipping Group Inc. was initially based on their great review ratings online, and since their initial quote was very competitive ($1,040), I decided to stick with them and I was not disappointed as everything went very well. The final cost ($1,007) was even cheaper than the initial quote!!! I would use this company again but would specifically ask for Felicia.
