From the very first call to Felicia up through today, when she called me to confirm delivery of my new car, Felicia has been responsive, professional, personable and informative of the entire process. She was understanding and accommodating when I had to change the pickup date. And much to my surprise, she came back with a new schedule and with a lower quote than originally offered. I trust the actual delivery tomorrow will be as expected, because I trust Felicia!
