I really enjoyed working with Felicia Williams because of her very professional demeanor and her knowledge of the business. Many of the other brokerage companies that I interviewed were pressing too hard to close the business and were not being responsive to my questions. In some ways, I felt like I was dealing with a genuine human being first, and the company second. That is a great way to build trust and it certainly worked for me. Now that I have been through this process, I find the most important thing that the brokerage company does is to identify and qualify excellent shipping companies. In my case, they chose MS trucking and they were remarkably good at the job. Most of your contact will be with the trucking company and it is here where you get the follow through in customer service. In this respect, MS trucking was great. My contact there, Wan, was very respectful and prompt and really a pleasure to deal with on every level. I had met his driver on the shipping end of the transaction and had no problem with him delivering the car to my mother in Los Angeles. In the end, it gets down to the individuals you deal with, and Felicia and Wan were great!
