I would like to thank Olivia Maxie for her excellent customer service. She was on top of things at all times and was quick to communicate. With the exception of a delay on the part of the hauler, things went as they should. And while the hauler fell a little short on keeping me informed, Olivia made up for it by stepping in and bridging that gap. This was my first experience with shipping a vehicle, and I would gladly recommend Auto Shipping Group. Thanks again Olivia.
