Chell was awesome and pleasant to work with. My particular job was not the easiest since I had to reschedule about three times. Chell followed up with me on a regular basis and was always easy to contact. Simply put, she is an all around good person that will do everything in her power to earn your business. I could have easily chosen another company, but Chell's customer service was far better than other companies I was bidding with. I will definitely call Chell the next time I need to ship a car.
