Felicia Williams is amazing at her job! She was very kind and helpful with every single one of my concerns and questions. She never faltered in being prompt to respond and thorough. My family has previously used her for our shipping needs and she proved amazing yet again. My notes on the actual shipping vehicle - AMAZING. Jim is stationed here in Fort Collins and he was prompt to pick up my car and helpful. My battery was dead upon his arrival but I was out-of-state so he completely took care of jump starting the vehicle and loading. Then he arrived a day early, but my car was out of gas, so he filled my car up with a half tank of gas and drove the car to his house where he knew it would be safe overnight. I only have amazing words for both Felicia and Jim and am so thankful for all their help.
