Melissa was fabulous. She clearly explained the process and called frequently to keep me informed of the status of our vehicle. Her commitment to keeping us up to date and providing quality service was the best part of the experience.

We were flexible on the pick up time, but needed our vehicle to arrive in California within a certain time frame. There was a 10 day lag time with a carrier picking up the vehicle, however it arrived in California when we needed it and that was our primary goal.

I think the process itself is tricky, bartering costs and waiting for a carrier was a bit trying. In the end, we had to get the vehicle at a meeting spot, it was not delivered to the location we had hoped for. Although it was dirty from the ride, it was intact without damage.
