Martha was a great person to work with. She communicated well and kept me in the loop. This was a difficult transport since there was not a lot of demand for the route that was needed but Martha got my vehicle up here. There was a 5 day delay due to mechanical failure, and the transport company was not the best, however Martha did everything possible to make sure I got my vehicle and bridged the gap in communication between me and the transport.

We work hard for our customers and even though your location was extremely rural we were able to find a carrier... the driver wasn't as good as can usually be expected but am glad you understood the situation and are happy.
