After a bad experience with unauthorized charge to my credit card, Biran Cardozo, President of Business Development, personally contacted us to apologize for the inappropriate actions that were taken by one of their sales reps. He immediately did a credit back to our charge and assured us that in the future, we can contact him directly and he will waive the brokerage fee for transporting our vehicle back to New Jersey.
With this being said, I can only say that I would definitely use them for my next transport. I cannot comment on an overall rating as I did not physically have them transaport my vehicle but Mr. Cardozo did give us excellent customer service and with his courteous and prompt response, I will definintely give the a shot on my next transport.
