This review is hard to understand. His comments could not be further from the truth. When Mr. Himsel placed his contract, he indicated that he was not in a rush, had plenty of time for the move of the vehicle, and selected the least expensive level of service.He did in fact speak with 3 people in the ASA office regarding his status, to whom he was rude and even hung up on them as they were trying to assist him. He did not give the contract time to work & obviously became frustrated.
