The first contact via phone, she did not explain all the options for shipping/pricing...just the lowest price. If I was in a rush, I would have upgraded. However, that worked great with me. Didn't have to wait long for a carrier to grab the load and deliver. Bill's Auto Transport picked the load and he was fantastic!
