This is not the vehicle I discussed with Debbie.

This is the situation. I approached your company to get a quote on shipping a vehicle. We went back and forth and I then decided to go with you since Debbie has a very good line. I then discussed when I needed this to be picked up because the person was only there a few days out of the week. Debbie said no problem and if there was one they would call that person and myself. When I called back because I never received a call and the truck was not picked up, she did not know what we had discussed. I then gave her the quote number and she had the wrong route.
Then when we spoke more she said that the driver cancelled on her. I was taken back because she does have such a gift of gab that I trusted her.
I then did not feel very comfortable because she was then mixing her words that I said to then cancel the contract and I will take a refund.
She said fine and directed me to you. (ANDREW)
I see on your website this is not the first time Debbie has had "miscommunications" with customers.
I then investigated your orders and you had two of them out there. One correct and one wrong address and type of truck. The company that supplied me this information said this would is something that may cost me in the long run.
I am requesting a refund based on this information which I say is true to the best of my knowledge.

Also, be advised that I have contacted the owner of this firm regarding this matter, who also is an atty. with his own law firm.

Govern yourself accordingly

I THEN HAD A DISCUSSION WITH ANDREW GROSS WHO SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO THIS. TO DATE I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING AND THE CHARGE HAS NOT BEEN REVERSED. ANYONE OUT THERE WHO HAS BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS SCAM TEAM CAN FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME AND I WILL ADD YOUR NAME ON THE LIST THAT I AM SENDING TO VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS.
I AM SURE THIS IS WILL ADDRESSED BY ANDREW AND DEBBIE IN A MANNER THAT WILL SUIT THEM. THEY ARE GOOD AT THIS SCAM.

Now the truth. This is simply a case of the customer providing and confusing the issue with incorrect information, terminating early, and placing blame on ASA. Not only are her characterizations unfair and outragious, they are indeed not true. All information pertaining to vehicle type and location was in fact provided by this customer. She even tried to claim she had no contract, until it became evident to her that she did and she so authorized it. ASA did dispatch her truck on the first day and it was she who cancelled the driver, due to the truck not being ready for pick up. In closing, denise Batis was her own worst enemy and all the unfair comments she made will not shift blame to ASA. This has been addessed by Andrew, who has an interest in establishing the truth.
