Spoke to Debbie, she promised me that they would have a driver lined up by Wednesday due because my car needed to be out of Arizona by Monday night considering I was leaving and had no one to leave the car with. DEBBIE guaranteed me that with the upgrade to gold that they would have a driver lined up by Wednesday the day before the first avail pick up day. No driver was assigned therefore cancelled and they refused to refund deposit.

Mr. Edelman was certainly never promised nor guranteed delivery dates. There are too many variables out of our control in the shipping business that prevent time line guarantees. Further, if Mr. Edelman was in need of faster service, he should have selected a higher level of service to accomodate those needs, he did not. He terminated his contract after only three business days.
