Initial communication with office didn't start out so great. It was difficult attempting to confirm or schedule a pick-up date. However, once contact was made with the 2 drivers Jorge and Philip, everything went smoothly from there. Communication was excellent with the drivers and they went above and beyond with the customer service. I felt my vehicle was in good hands and they delivered earlier than expected. If using this company, I would recommend communicating directly with the drivers.
