Our Client Sandro was aware of us as a broker from our initial quote email with Capitalized letters and during our phone conversations prior to locating a carrier. Most importantly, Auto Ship Transport ALWAYS provide the driver's Info to every client PRIOR to signing the order form, so they can speak to the driver personally to assure their spot on a carrier, as well to track their vehicle and have a written cashier's check or money order to the carrier's company name upon delivery.
Every driver MUST conduct two thorough inspections. A first inspection upon picking up the vehicle and PRIOR to signing the TRANSPORT INSURANCE. And a second inspection upon delivery PRIOR to signing the RELEASE of TRANSPORT INSURANCE and paying the driver. Any other claims after the driver leaves are not honored by the carrier's insurance company, and they assume that the damage happened after delivery. Unfortunately Sandro has written this review as a retaliation for not being reimbursed for a damage that we have nothing to do with, since we are not present on pickup or delivery location. We have provided Sandro with all the info and paperwork that we are able to collect, including a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE and the MC License from the national board. We also have had three conference calls with Sandro, the carrier's company and the carrier's insurance company to resolve this issue. Unfortunately Sandro has lost the case after signing on both inspection sheets by claiming that his vehicles were shipped in the same condition that they were picked up.
